We can proudly say that we have assembled the best set of potential and professionals competitively remunerated to ensure they stay focused on one thing –total commitment to their work developing our scholars and themselves.
There is a fine blend of experience and youth energy at JMA, Awka . We have a vision to offer the best of educational experiences beyond the Niger and redefining education. This we intend to achieve leveraging I.T, hence we are intentional in recruiting young & dynamic learning facilitators and assistants (LFs and LAs) to harness the myriad of digital contents available in the cyberspace and suitable for 21st century classrooms.
21st century classroom learning is learner-centred. Moreso, with the proliferation of learning resources in the cyber space it would be totally unfair to limit our young scholars to just the knowledge of one person ‘the classroom teacher’. Hence, we adopted a learning method that is dynamic, engaging, probing, thought provoking, critical & challenging while optimizing our use of digital resources.
Our LFs and LAs are trained to understand how millennials learn. They know when to act vulnerable to give the young scholar a sense of authority over his/her learning. This way everyone learns and everyone wins, scholars and facilitators alike.
